From 2022, travelers will be required to apply for ETIAS to enter the Schengen zone. 

ETIAS is a new electronic travel authorization system for travelers who do not need a visa. ETIAS does not constitute a visa. Rather than that, it is a novel means of screening travelers traveling to Europe before their arrival.

· They must also possess the necessary travel documentation for the Schengen Government to allow their admission. 

· Applicants must fulfill specific moral and health requirements.  

· They must also provide evidence of their capacity to financially sustain themselves throughout their stay in Schengen under the terms of the visa for which they have sought.
